First Lady Honours Fathers on Fathers' Day

First Lady Mutinta Hichilema has paid tribute to fathers across Zambia as the country marked Fathers' Day, recognising the part they play in raising and supporting their families.

Writing on her Facebook page, Mrs Hichilema thanked fathers for the love, guidance and support they give their families each day.

She said fathers deserved recognition not only on Fathers' Day but all year round for what they contribute to their families and to the wider development of their communities.

The First Lady closed by wishing every father in Zambia and beyond a happy Fathers' Day.
