President Macron Congratulates President Hichilema on Re-election

His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the Republic of France, has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

President Macron noted that relations between Zambia and France have deepened in recent years through fruitful dialogue and cooperation in areas including debt financing, health, and the sustainable management of natural resources.

He further expressed confidence that the numerous ongoing and upcoming projects between the two countries hold great promise for the citizens of Zambia and France, particularly young people.
